The trailer uses a round 7-pin plug. Please make sure your tow vehicle has the correct plug connection before booking.

You're responsible for making sure your tow vehicle is properly rated and equipped to tow the trailer and the load you plan to haul — including the right towing capacity, hitch setup, ball size, wiring, mirrors, tires, and brake controller if required.

Yes — as long as the vehicle being hauled, the tow vehicle, and the total setup are within safe and legal limits. You're responsible for confirming the load is appropriate and properly secured.

Yes, the trailer is commonly used for side-by-sides, UTVs, mowers, compact tractors, and small equipment. You're responsible for proper loading, weight distribution, and cargo securement.

Yes, the trailer works well for materials and larger items that won't fit in a truck bed. It may not be overloaded, used illegally, or used to transport hazardous or prohibited materials.

The renter is fully responsible for loading, weight distribution, and securing all cargo, and for making sure the load is safe before and during towing.

Only an authorized, licensed, insured, and capable driver may tow the trailer. The renter remains responsible for the trailer, the driver, the tow vehicle, the load, and all charges or damages during the rental period.

Yes. Renters must carry their own insurance, which is primary and must cover the tow vehicle, the trailer while in your possession, towing activity, liability, property damage, cargo, and your intended use. Any insurance carried by us is for our own protection only and doesn't reduce the renter's responsibility.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the trailer during the rental period, regardless of fault or cause — including repair, replacement, tire, wheel, and axle damage, towing, storage, recovery fees, diminished value, and loss of use.

Yes. By booking, signing, checking an agreement box, paying for the rental, or taking possession of the trailer, you authorize us to keep your payment card on file and charge it for amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Pickup is at 1495 W Ridge Rd, Newaygo, MI 49337, toward the end of a dead-end dirt road on the left side. The property is a wooded lot that's actively being cleaned up and improved, but the trailer should be visible when you arrive.

Yes. Online booking is the fastest and easiest way to reserve the trailer. Since this is a small local business and we also work full time, we may not always answer the phone right away — booking online keeps everything clear, organized, and confirmed.

After-hours pickup or return may be available depending on the rental arrangement. If the trailer is returned after hours or without being checked in, the renter remains responsible for it until it's inspected and checked in during the next business opening.

Late returns may be charged at the applicable daily rental rate, and partial days may be charged as full days. If you're running late, please communicate as soon as possible.

Please review the trailer specs, tow requirements, rental terms, insurance requirements, and damage responsibility before booking. The full Trailer Rental Agreement controls the rental.
