1. Services and website use

JH Trailer Rental provides trailer-rental information, online booking access, availability support, and customer service. Use this website only for lawful purposes and do not misuse or interfere with it or connected systems.

2. Information you provide

Provide accurate, current information when asking about or booking a rental. Information is used as explained in our privacy policy. Sending an inquiry or making a reservation is not consent to optional analytics, advertising, or marketing messages.

3. SMS and text messaging

If you opt in, you may receive rental-inquiry responses, reservation coordination, reminders, customer-support messages, operational updates, and marketing texts when separately authorized. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Availability and rental agreement

Website information and an inquiry do not guarantee availability or create a rental. Availability may change because of reservations, scheduling, maintenance, or operational needs. A rental is governed by the agreement accepted through the online rental process or otherwise signed or accepted for that rental.

5. Privacy and optional tracking

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain information use. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel require your separate purpose choices. You can reject optional tracking, withdraw through Cookie settings, or use Opt out of tracking without losing access to rental options. These website terms do not override your privacy choices or waive statutory privacy rights.

6. Third-party services and links

Lockii provides our booking and account tools. Payment and other linked services provide their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and interfaces may change. Contact Joel if a tool is unavailable or inaccessible. Using a third-party service does not remove obligations we have under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Our logo, original photos, text, and design belong to us or their respective owners. Do not misrepresent them as your own or use them commercially without permission. This does not restrict lawful quotation, fair use, or rights granted by an applicable license.

8. Website information

We work to keep rental details and rates accurate, but a website error or outdated guide may occur. Tell Joel if information appears incorrect. General trailer guides are educational; your booked trailer’s confirmed limits, rental instructions, agreement, and applicable laws govern its use. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 to reserve or rent a trailer and meet the eligibility requirements in the rental agreement. Browsing a guide does not create a rental.

10. Changes and governing law

Updates are posted with a revised date and do not retroactively change an existing rental contract. Michigan law governs website terms to the extent permitted by law; mandatory protections under other applicable laws remain available.
