One booking link for pickup and return. Find it in your confirmation email.
At the trailer, at your booked time, tap Start Pickup.
Keep the page open until every upload finishes.
Use the code shown on screen to open the lockbox. Wait for the code before unlocking or moving the trailer.
Tap Start Return. Empty the trailer, park in the same space, secure it, and return the keys as instructed.
Show all sides, the inside or bed, and any damage. Follow each photo prompt in the booking link and wait for the uploads to finish.
Tap Complete Return and wait for confirmation. Parking alone does not finish the rental.
Photos won’t upload or a step won’t finish? Call Joel: 231-303-1410 before leaving. For return trouble, call before your deadline.
Choose an earlier time when booking, or call Joel to check a change. Arriving early does not end the countdown or release the code.
Open My booking and use the email address you booked with. No app download is needed.
Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. Allow camera access when asked. If an upload fails, retry that photo or call Joel.
Choose & book: Choose your trailer and times, pay, and verify your ID during booking. Keep your confirmation email.
Get ready: Complete your agreement. Bring insurance information, a rated tow vehicle, matching hitch and wiring, and any extra tie-downs.

30 W Water St, Newaygo, MI 49337 — right off M-37 downtown. Find the JH trailers in the gravel lot on the north side of W Water Street.
Two entrances: W Water Street, or W Wood Street from M-37 via the rear access drive.

Pickup: Move the cones aside, pull the trailer out, then put the cones back across the empty space.
Return: Move the cones aside, park in the same space, then put the cones back where you found them.

Unlock the puck lock and remove the lock housing for pickup. On return, refit the housing and locking pin, attach and lock the puck lock, then put the keys back in the lockbox. Follow the steps in your booking link to finish pickup or return.
