Step by step

Renting is simple, clear, and organized

Book online

Choose the rental date and time that works best for you. Online booking is the fastest and easiest way to reserve the trailer and keeps everything clear, organized, and confirmed.

Review the rental requirements

Before pickup, take a look at the trailer specs, towing requirements, insurance requirement, and rental terms. You'll need a properly rated tow vehicle, a 2 5/16" ball, a round 7-pin plug, proper towing equipment, a valid driver's license, and your own insurance coverage.

Complete the check-out form

Before taking the trailer, you'll receive a short check-out form. This helps document the trailer's condition at the start of the rental — you may be asked to take a few photos of the trailer, tires, wheels, lights, ramps, coupler, and jack before you leave with it.

This is just a quick, straightforward step — a clear record protects you as much as it protects us.

Pick up the trailer

Pickup is at 1495 W Ridge Rd, Newaygo, MI 49337 — toward the end of a dead-end dirt road on the left side. Please drive slowly and avoid blocking the road or neighboring driveways.

Use the trailer safely

During the rental, you're responsible for safe towing, proper loading, cargo securement, and legal use. Make sure the load is balanced and secured before driving, and don't overload the trailer or keep towing if something seems unsafe.

Return the trailer on time

Return the trailer to the agreed location by the scheduled return time, in the same condition you received it, aside from ordinary wear.

Complete the check-in form

After returning the trailer, you'll fill out a quick check-in form, which may include a few return photos. This confirms the trailer's condition and that it's been brought back — the rental isn't fully complete until it's been returned, reviewed, and checked in.

Final review

We'll review the check-in information and the trailer's condition. If everything comes back on time and in good shape, the rental is complete. If there's damage, missing equipment, a late return, cleaning needed, or other charges owed under the rental agreement, those will be handled according to the rental terms.
